How to I exchange/refund a product?
All exchanges/refunds must go through your Bunnings store your item was purchased from and reach out to them directly. We can help you if an item is faulty or missing parts.
Do you have application / installation guides for your products?
Installation guides should come with all products you have purchased that require one. If that’s not the case or you have misplaced yours, you can email the team at sales @rapidhardwaregroup.com.au and ask for a copy. They will be available on the website shortly.
How can I place an order?
Unfortunately we do not sell direct to customers. You can find our products at your local Bunnings and can purchase our products directly through them.
Who should I speak to regarding an issue with my order?

Where can I find the warranties and maintenance info for your products?
Warranties can be found on our packaging or by asking your nearest Bunnings store.
