If you've purchased a product and find that some parts may be missing, please reach out to our customer service team directly. They are dedicated to assisting you and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

Products can not be directly purchased from RHG but spare parts are available to purchased direct from our customer service team.

Unfortunately, out-of-stock items cannot be directly purchased from RHG. Please inquire with your local Bunnings store regarding the availability and expected restocking of the item.

Installation guides should come with all products you have purchased that require one. If that's not the case or you have misplaced yours, you can email the team at sales @rapidhardwaregroup.com.au and ask for a copy. They will be available on the website shortly.

You can find all pricing on all our products by heading to Bunnings website or by visiting your local Bunnings store.

All exchanges/refunds must go through your Bunnings store your item was purchased from and reach out to them directly. We can help you if an item is faulty or missing parts.

Unfortunately we do not sell direct to customers. You can find our products at your local Bunnings and can purchase our products directly through them.

Warranties can be found on our packaging or by asking your nearest Bunnings store.

We recommend using 12G fixings for all our furniture leg range. Please note that these fixings are not included and must be purchased separately.

Our furniture legs are exclusively available through in-store purchases. Please note that once stores sell out of our promotional stock,

replenishment is not guaranteed until the round drops instore. We recommend checking with neighbouring stores for availability.

For stock availability across Australia, we recommend checking with both your local Bunnings store and neighbouring ones as our furniture are exclusive to Bunnings.

Unfortunately we do not make custom make furniture legs.

Our RapidHome furniture legs are available through promotional releases throughout the year. If you can't find any at your local Bunnings, you can check the stock at neighboring Bunnings stores. Once the current stock is sold out, you'll need to wait until the next release to make a purchase.

You can find all of our mesh panels, available in a number of sizes and aperture, at your local Bunnings. You can find them outside in the gardening section aisles.

We offer a canvas roof option for our 2-in-1 kennel or dog run, which can be ordered at the special orders desk at your local Bunnings store.

All our small enclosers do not come with a cover.

Your local Bunnings store can assist you with such services. Bunnings does provide assembly options for their pet products. Reach out to your nearby Bunnings store to inquire about delivery and assembly services for the RapidMesh pets range.

Our Temporary Pool Fence panels are available through CSO order from Bunnings. You can either purchase them off the Bunnings website or you can order them at the Special Orders Desk at your local Bunnings.

Yes. Our Temporary Fencing Pool fencing does comply with the Australian Standard AS1926 Safety Barriers for Swimming Pools.

It depends on the surface of the carpark (bitumen, concrete.). Concrete would need a M10 x 150mm Hex Screw, Gravel needs a gravel spike, bitumen would need an asphalt anchor screw.

Our Foam Safety products are not fire proof.
